Courtney is counsel to the firm. She focuses on all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, from formations to purchase and sale agreements. Hailing from a long line of New York-based attorneys, she also has extensive experience in advising clients how to optimally manage assets and minimize risks and liabilities.
Prior to joining Heath Steinbeck, Courtney worked at a boutique transactional and estate planning firm based in Orange County. She received her J.D. from Whittier Law School, graduating cum laude, and holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Tulane University. She also holds a professional degree in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
Courtney is an active supporter of local community causes, being a recent volunteer to Get On The Bus, which provides support to children of incarcerated mothers, and a board member of The City School West Adams.
