The firm recently obtained a judgment for Smash Enterprises, a Melbourne, Australia-based manufacturer of ‘back to school’ products, in a lawsuit against its former U.S. distributor. The lawsuit was brought under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of International Goods and proceeded in federal court in Texas.
